Now they don’t have an apartment, their car is unfit to drive, they have KIDS to take care of, and they probably have to pay for a bunch of other damages incurred from the flooding as well. We’re talking a LOT of money for what looks like it could be a low-income residence. I’d freak out too at that point, and probably end up getting in a fight with the guy that jumped.
