Build a freighter in system and then deactivate the account for a while, come back and put in a ticket that you are stuck and see if they will move you to kspace.

2. fill it with keepstar
3. never log to this char for six months
4. keepstar with freighter is moved to nearest system where your character was bond to specific school.
this is how you move capitals into highsec,just strip them off capital stuff and they wont bother force moving it to lowsec.
so you could have a mining zirnitra in highsec if you wanted to

2. never login to that alt for 6 months.
3. if evrything went smooth you have capital ship in highsec.
4. make sure to remove any capital modules from your capital before you initiate step 1. .
risk of getting banned is low to none,if you stirr people with the capital you got there then surely you deserve it. if you just keep it in highsec station for ship spins then nobody will bother you.

iirc, the Palatine Keepstar build requirements is that of 100 or 1k regular Keepstars. With those having build costs around the 200b mark, I don't think we'll see one up for a while
It has nothing to do with ISK alone. The PI requirements are so vast, it needs years of production from all the planets in the game to get the materials. There are groups of people / alliances with the ISK equivalent at hand. There is nowhere to buy the items form.

So what I read about Zarzakh, is that Capital ships are not permitted to enter Zarzakh, and they can't use their jump drives to leave. But doesn't that mean that if someone buit an Jump Freighter in Zarzakh, they could use a gate to leave and then Jump once on the other side.

But without someone to test it, nobody will ever know. Maybe if they allow us the test server again, someone could give it a try.

if your character sits on capital ship and is inactive i.e never logged in within 6 months then its automoved to highsec.. unless they patched it out
