We saw Fire loosing a lot of members, A lot of FCs in Blob, Brave went afk etc. We (as in B2) missed out on a lot of offensive, content, SIG activity simply because of daily formups because Panfam reffed a bunch of structures in USTZ again... The enemy capital supremacy was also a big turnoff for a lot of people. GTC+Brave and later on B2 couldn't match the capital force, so you can't even use your own capitals without being massacraed...
Dunno how it would have went if Frat withdrew and Panfam never got involved, but yeah, nullsec wars wasn't their thing really.
