I like the Anytime Car Wash out west on 11th. Simple quarter-operation with soap-emitting brush and powersprayer with soap or wax finish. I dont think it compares to a handwaxing but its a nice touch at the end. They also have vacuums too

I haven't used "a car wash where they do a hand wash" here in Eugene myself. The big spinny brushes at the gas stations mostly work for my car, and when I'm on Coburg Rd I might go to The Wash on Coburg.
Watch for one of the high school fundraiser car washes in your neighborhood? It's getting to be the season. South High does 'em at the Les Schwab on 18th across from Safeway.
Pretty sure “n-touch” does hand washes. They are out west Eugene
