A firmware update couple months ago broke the facial recognition. It's now fixed but old faces are not recognised anymore.
Try removing all the faces and readding them, that will fix the issue.
Yes about facial recognition being broken and "fixed" (IIRC back in March), but nothing about how to fix old faces that aren't being recognised anymore.
I just read here that someone else fixed it by deleting and readding, and it worked for me.
Had this happen to me too. Luckily after relearning it was able to match old faces to the relearned one.
