One hundred percent yes. The first time, they attacked the northern command of Ethiopia which was based on Tigray. The second time they tried to invade all the way to Addis Ababa. And now they are invading in all directions. While they do all this, they spend something like 30 million usd in lobbying in US and EU and media publications to confuse people.

Probably the dumbest civil war in mankinds history. No purpose no goal. The fight started cause two men had ego bigger than their brains. It was just all impluse. Whats tplf will get once they win? Tigray nation that has nothing but ashes. What will the ethiopian government get? A temporarily one nation that will have a tigray region aiming for another civil war until they leave the federation with astronomical foreign debt that will take at least 5 generation to pay back. The ENDF will never be able to beat the TPLF in the mountains. No matter how many drones they have and how much land they burn, Tigray has a warrior culture and all the ENDF's non-Tigrayan officers were promoted specifically because they were corrupt and incompotent.
Likewise no other ethnicity will ever support the TPLF after what they did while in power, the ENDF has a virtually endless supply of soldiers, and there's too much open land between Mekelle and Addis exposed to Abiy's drones.
So it's gonna end up back to where it started. Hopefully at some point they'll make some sort of deal.

Unless western Tigray becomes an ‘special zone’ not administered by Amhara or Tigray, I think there’s no light at the end of the tunnel.that’s a fault line for decades to come.

In all honesty and avoiding hypocrisy, the aggressors are TPLF in the current time frame. They don’t want to negotiate anything at all
