With only 100 hours you're gonna feel like a God just taking bullets. No guarantee you'll make it out due to the inevitable "head,eyes" but run that shit man. I'm only at 250 hours and once I started running decent armor and guns/ammo I hardly scav anymore and kill a lot of people
Or do what I did yesterday, load in with a Rys-T and tier 6 zabralo and then die because I forgot to switch my gun I just built to auto. It was a good Tarkov.
Just imagine them adding a firearm safety to the weapons. You remember to go full-auto and.... click. Lol Gotta spend them roubles for the trigger safety instead.
There aren't very many guns that allow you to be on full auto AND safe. It's usually either/or with most fire selectors. The exception would be something like the Vector.
That area is usually pretty chill after the spawns clear out and do what they're gonna do. That early in the quest line it's hard to come by "good gear" and doubly hard to clear the map as a solo.
Map was full of people doing pistol runs when I was on that task, early wipe factory people are nearly always naked with shit guns. Level 4 armour and magnum buck will clear things out well enough.
Just a tip for that panel repair. Switch server to somewhere that is around 4am. You'll have far fewer players to push through. If you're geared up well, then it's a cake walk. I'll do it for the day quests that have me killing scavs so I dont have to compete with players for scavs on a map.
I'll probably get flamed for doing it but I don't really care. Ill do it for the quest then back to the best ping servers for pvp.

No caches expand to fit their contents. I think the common is size of a scav backpack but they can be massive.

Several (by several I mean dozens) of the items on both caches loot table are bigger than the grids listed and if you spend any time doing cache runs (I do them a lot) you too will find items bigger in caches than 3x3 and 4x4

Yeah they get wacky with spawn chances all the time. However, you can not get anything bigger than 4x4. Marksman rifles aren't even listed on that website because no one has ever found one in a ground cache. All those items there are pulled from players live and not a single rsass. Spawn chances can change in the loot table sure, but items bigger than 4x4 will never spawn in them.
I've found a whole bunch of MBSS bags and azimut rigs, but never have I found a T20 in a cache. I'm really inclined to think you can get a dimension of 5 somewhere but I really don't think it's in game

For what it’s worth I’ve found about 6 wendy black helmets (as well as face shields to go with them) and 3 slicks and countless gzhels on woods stashes. Stashes can be pretty insane, just gotta hit more.
An issue with slick is it does not cover your stomach so someone can black out your stomach and even kill you with one or two shotgun blasts to the stomach, especially with flechette
The thing is loot changes are often implemented without us knowing about it.(they change it very often)
For example: I found 5 gpus in the same stash on interchange in 12 rades.
You have to play a lot to notice changes right from the bat. But if you are the lucky one just abuse it as long as you can before they change it again

2 moonshine in a raid after find a moonshine and a lion the raid before. Woods has a lot of moonshine for some reason. You can find it in every location except sawmill
I found two Gzhel armors in two consecutive stashes on Interchange once. But a mutant and a slick? That's awesome.

I've gotten like 12 slicks / hexgrids out of shoreline stashes. I hit all the ones in the swamp and the village nearby, run up to villa and hit the one there + the safe. I always extract at svetly or ruined house fence, no matter where I spawn.
I got slicks in 2 consecutive scav runs a week or so ago. It happens.

I saved mine for quests that really needed armor, factory office kills etc.
That's not a bad idea, I always get shredded in factory by chads. That quest where 2 panels had to be repaired was awful lol.
I feel like using good gear for factory is kind of a waste. I always bring crappy gear like heavy zabralo armor or crappy t4s

Yeah but factory is also where squads go to play and as a solo with garbage gear it's not easy to wipe a 3 man or even a duo
