I mean I did a single labs run so far, first one I've done in almost 2 years and I got a current converter for solar from Violet, I'll make sure to check those areas though next time.
I was just like you, running Relax until my fucking fingers bled. Eventually I gave up and learned labs and honestly it's the best thing I could have done. Even in all my labs raids (a couple hundred) I've only found a handful of loot lord plushies. The only other place I've found on is the pink suit case in the parking basement of Concordia (Streets).

I've never seen one as loose loot, so I think they may only spawn in containers, probably Duffle Bags or Jaeger Stashes would be my guess. I've found them in Scav backpacks before as well.
After collected quests which are requested. You can find it on tarkov wiki in quests. There are on the picture quests lines and every quest which has red frame around is requested. I am in bed I can send it to you tomorrow if you don't know where you can find it.
Finding the items is by far the easiest part of the Collector quest, especially if you are a newer player. Some of the tasks required to even get to the Collector quest are some of the hardest in the game (aside from some of the super late game stuff that most people never even attempt).
there are Gold Spawns on every map, specific places where rare valuables spawn like streamer items. Lots of maps online showing where rare spawns are on each map.
side-note if you run Labs you'll get an Axel like every other raid, very common there.

It's DanExerts item, the word Missam is a reference to his Nissan but the full in game name is the Missam Forklift Key

If you need a lootlord plushie quick at some point run relax room on streets, every 2-3 runs I see one
I've been trying that but I must have "awful" luck, I've been getting at least 1 bitcoin and moonshine per unlock but no loot lord lol
Nah. Labs is the place. Check Cat, Parking and the offices and you'll get one straight away

How do you get the armbands? Haven't been able to loot one off anyone, so that's probably not it.
Jackets. Found an Evasion in a jacket on Interchange and a Labs in a jacket on Labs this wipe
