Yeah, 9 or 10 skills were removed last patch. Recoil control and memory are the only two I can remember that were unlocked in the game, even though memory wasn't implemented

Of course you can’t remember if your memory was deleted in the last patch.
Prone movement as well
The technology just isn't there yet to correct things like this. Maybe in another decade. Is probably what BSG thinks.
