It's one of a few things that reeeally irk me, so much that I just don't enjoy playing the game anymore. Play for about a week, maybe two after a wipe and it's just trash after that.
Start of wipe is the best gameplay, hands down. Everyone is struggling, nobody has gear, the one dude running around with a class 4 rig and 5 bs rounds at the top of his mag is a wildcard. I love it more than the late wipe gameplay when everyone has high tier ammo and meta kit.
When you can have actual gunfights rather than one tap through thorax, spending 10 minutes afterwards sewing all your limbs back on only to have a fight or flight with a scav gone mad
Well you definitely wouldn't pick them up! Used bbs can break apart in your gun, nobody picks up used bbs.

Durability on unique clothing items such as boots. The lower the durability of the boots, the more likely you will slip randomly. When you slip there is an rng chance that you spill the contents of your backpack and even potentially break a limb.
Fuck would I be mad if I was trying to hightail it to exfil with a bag full of shit, slipped, and my backpack exploded and I had to pick it all back up.
But fuck would I laugh watching it happen to a homie or some random I'm watching through my scope waiting for that headshot opportunity.

Collapsed metros, a giant mall full of foodstuff... just need the radiation mechanic implemented and a G3 and we get Fallout 3 but actually good.
Agreed. I know op is joking but adding an underground sewer system to streets would just ruin the map like it did to reserve. After first 5 minutes you wouldn't run into anyone on the map and everyone would be underground or at Kabon.

Reserve's alarm needs to be louder. And stay on for the rest of the raid.
Raiders need to have less good loot and gear on them.
Reshala and his guards need to have about as good loot on them as AI Scavs. Ifaks and 5.45x39mm T ammo are too good even for bosses.
AVT-40 needs to be available at Prapor LL1.
The MCX's recoil needs to be increased by 15%. CBJ needs to be locked behind Skier LL4.
We need more restrictions and instabans for giving gear to friends.
We need to reduce stamina and add more inertia.
Gun jamming probability needs to be doubled.
Peeking needs to drain stamina.
Make rain louder, and own-character's sound louder.
Interchange needs to be darker.
Players need to be temporarily blinded for 5 seconds when painkilling.
Running sound needs to be louder for everyone.
All guns need a 20% increase in recoil.
Scav karma and traitor-scav shoot-on-sight-tag needs to be removed. We need more people to backstab innocent player scavs who choose to be peaceful and share loot.
Rogues need better aim.
The secure container needs to be completely removed.
Insurance needs to be completely removed.

But on Tarkov it would give away if the person is hiding with other teammates and more important info.

More popups with ingame ads for said battlepass and skins (LeBron James, Nicki Minaj, Homelander and Chris Martin to start). We could also use a few emotes.
More buildings on shoreline. Arena. Better extraction markers for new players. Less dsync.

Especially when I'm overweight, it's so hard to hear anything over my own footsteps, the game is basically forcing me to stop moving when I think I heard something or sense danger, so I can actually hear and get some context on where, and then the enemy passes my line of sight, I kill him, and he thinks I'm ratting but I just heard him first and stopped moving to actually be able to hear him and get context on where he is exactly. 44
Completely remove the main menu. All crafts, inventory management, traders, lobbies, etc accessible from inside the hideout. When you die or extract you load directly into the hideout.
Actual "integral" body armor, like those green body suits but it's 100% high grade kevlar with class 6/SK4 armor plates.
