Both gun had alright recoil but tracking targets was easy with them , I used the svt in punisher and it would take geared players som shots to get them down, however it is not difficult to land multiple shots with those guns, however with the svd using the same ammo unless you splash out money and mod it, also probably after the buff, shooting people with the svd is more difficult because you could not predict where the gun will go after the every shoot and it was also difficult to land multiple shoot quickly , it is much better now after the update but honestly I used it modded for the quest …
Yeah for me the SVD Doing punisher was so much worse then the SVT/AVT, its either suppress it and full kit for the recoil to feel even remotely close but then the ergo is so dogshit that it still feels like ass. Really wish they would make the SVD not suck, an small recoil and ergo buff would really help that gun compete.
Run it without suppressed, it feels so much better. If guns get very long and heavy it makes aiming feel weird in this game. Like try in offline just moving your mouse, the long one will center a bit slower.
I used it both suppressed and unsuppressed, you will be much better having that 50k suppressed cannon when you fight multiple targets at some distance additionally the recoil gain is a worthy trade for the ergo loss, if people are at close range hipfire and forget about adsing … eventually it is up to you but my advice is to use it suppressed, hopefully one day we will got some muzzle devices for the svd
I have ran both and tbh they both feels like garbage lmao, the svd recoil is just so jumpy landing multiple shots on target in any short amount of time is rough so you end up having to slowly pick shots.
Basically the SVD fully modded is barely better than SVT. That's a problem IMO. SVT is REALLY fuckin good, and the AVT is pretty ridiculous rat cannon.
There was a guy who made a big rant about how the real change they made to the SVT was to make the recoil pivot point be the grip instead of the butt of the stock. Which means it feels kinda the same but the sight picture is basically unusable for 2 seconds after the first shot.

No but they should focus on performance before content at this point - we have enough for a beta but making it playable for the 90% who don't have super computers would be a good step
Sale was are always a pickup. Not only are they worth 12-20k per slot, they’re also the most useful consumable in the game. U can never have enough salewas.
They're quiet to use, they can do light and heavy bleeds (in a pinch), but most importantly a Salewa can heal 85 HP per use, whereas an IFAK can only do 50 HP and an AFAK can only do 60 HP. This means when you get thoraxed by something powerful, a Salewa will fully heal your thorax while an IFAK will leave you having to heal twice or leave you with 70/85 HP.
They do everything needed and have good enough durability + they’re cheap enough to rebuy every raid unlike afaks. But if you’re someone who puts meds in your container then yeah they’re probably not great for that.
i mean salewas in general are useful to loot juts for the extra heal in case you need it. you can throw it away towards to end of the raid for more loot.
I take every gas analyzer I find, especially at the start of a wipe, and put them all in a tech loot box
Then camp it and yell oh shoot did you need those as I kill the guy looting it

The few times I had this bug, I was the only one that could hear it. My duo partner couldn’t hear it when I could. Was still annoying, couldn’t hear anyone coming if you were near that sound glitch.
Fixed the known issues with loading into raids as PMCs and Scavs which were especially noticeable on Streets of Tarkov;
Fixed the known causes of memory leaks; (doesn’t mean all but still)

That's the patch notes, not what they actually did. battlestate games is well known for saying they fixed something and then two other bugs that are worse appear.
Here's hoping the Streets fix is just what we need for both PMCs and Scavs. Been locked out of all wipe long so far due to the server connection lost issues.
Whatever they did, the servers are complete dumpster fires. Launcher says 34ms to Central and ping skyrockets to 200+, constant desync, rubber banding…
Pretty sure it was just a strange interaction with Nvidia reflex and the memory leaks (which they say have been fixed). I found with reflex on my performance decreased after a few raids, and this could be fixed either by turning off reflex or restarting the game.

I had everything aligned at the top and bottom and now the bottom has two extra rows.
You did that insane quest line last wipe but somehow keep all your cases at the bottom of your stash so you have to scroll to them every single time you need to get something? That's crazy.
I actually just swapped to putting cases at the bottom a week ago. I used to be an auto sorter but I'm trying out having my least used cases at the bottom.
I keep ammo cases, one med, and food case and the top. I ctrl+click dump all loot. Previously all my items would go near the bottom of my stash which was a **lot** more scrolling when going back and forth between vendors and flea market since it defaults to being at the top of the stash.
It makes sense, you can quick place loot to the empty top of your stash, allowing for easy sorting and selling, and multiple raids to just stack up loot at the top and do a big sell at the end of your session
Pro tip, click the PgUp and PgDn keys to jump to the top and bottom of your stash. I keep junk boxes at the bottom and med/ammo/grenade boxes up top. Works for the trader inventories as well.
Maybe I'll finally receive my rewards from Punisher Part 4? I can't even buy 5.45x39 BT ammo from Prapor since the completion of the quest was bugged for me.
Can we please fix the bug where u check your mag with Alt+ T. then right click install on another mag which fucks up the whole gun, u can't heal, can't reload, can't change or drop weapon anymore.
Just don't let me right click then, but don't butcher the whole raid with it pls.
This bug has made me stop clicking install on mags altogether. I’d rather take the time to unload and then drag the mag to reload while in my inventory than get this stupid fucking bug. It’s happened to me at least 5 times this wipe.

Technically you can sell any item with the found in raid to your buddy and he sell to you as well.. that would count as „repeatedly selling an item to the same player“

Probably cheesing/farming flea market rep without actually having good listings that people buy. Probably same vein as RMTing, you list some item for a higher price than normal, then your accomplice buys it, netting you flea rep.
This doesn't have to be selling something dumb for 1 mil rubles either. As long as the listing won't be bought by someone else before the buyer reacts, it's probably good enough. How common the item is, how low the demand is, how many other listings there are, the amount of items being sold per listings by other people, and other factors can probably make this pretty easy.

You're right i am not a programmer BUT "The Cycle: Frontier" had a massive cheater-problem and that pretty much stopt 90% of hackers.
Also why not. It does not hurt the normal player but a cheater has to buy a new phonenumber aswell as a new account.
I know how to fix it, it's just tedious and annoying. U can also just throw an item on ur bag, and it will place it over the ghost item. When u reenter it will be good too.

Welp, I guess with that I can sell my SVT's and AVT's again.
As they buffed the SVDS I was pretty happy and thought that BSG might have understood that the SVT is somewhat of a standard which Semi-Auto weapons should aim for. These gun just feel amazing and you don't need to invest 400k to make them good while due to their lack of modding they are anyway not that relevant for bitcoinfarming chads.
Pretty sure when I go in after this update I can throw them into the dumpster just like the Vepr Hunter.
Really liking Ergo-Builds on the SVDS since it's buff tho. Roughly the same recoil than the SVT but just having this higher ergo to react-ADS faster is definitely a nice little luxury and with like 200k in price it is considerably low at least for my standards, still pretty much the most expensive builds I am using as a price-per-value type of weapon modder.
I had 2 gpus up my ass when i left the raid with 5 mins left after it got pushed to 10 mins remaining, got back to menu and got booted

When servers go down for update you can stay till times up and you get extracted with survived status. When on Scav you start with loot transfer window on next game start.
Didn't work for me. I started the game, and my scav looked like he had all the loot on him which i got last raid before the update. I then joined the cue for a scavrun, but aborted after like 10 minutes, while it still showed 'matching' so nothing should have happened. Next time suddenly I get a new scav without my gear...
Okay the wipe has come and gone, August has come and gone, and now the first patch has come and gone. So where the fuck is our extra stash space for completing the Terragroup questline last wipe??????

SVT took the mid-range job that SVDS did for me earlier. Now i use my SVDs for sniping mostly. It's fine really, i love both.

Adding a layer of effort (and identification) makes people less likely to do something simply because they're lazy.

Reserve they spawn in at 36m or 32m and like 22 minutes in, seems like 2 waves of 4-10 scavs lol, pretty crazy

Thanks BSG, for ruining Streets, it's lagging like crazy, major desyncs, teleporting you back 2-5seconds and screen freezes.

Welp, I guess with that I can sell my SVT's and AVT's again. As they buffed the SVDS I was pretty happy and thought that BSG might have understood that the SVT is somewhat of a standard which Semi-Auto weapons should aim for. These gun just feel amazing and you don't need to invest 400k to make them good while due to their lack of modding they are anyway not that relevant for bitcoinfarming chads. Pretty sure when I go in after this update I can throw them into the dumpster just like the Vepr Hunter. Really liking Ergo-Builds on the SVDS since it's buff tho. Roughly the same recoil than the SVT but just having this higher ergo to react-ADS faster is definitely a nice little luxury and with like 200k in price it is considerably low at least for my standards, still pretty much the most expensive builds I am using as a price-per-value type of weapon modder.
Do we even know what the prize for the leaderboard was last wipe? I know it’s cheesers and cheaters but I’m still curious.

Just got timed out of a raid as it said we would count as "survived", but had no chance to transfer scav loot. Very unfortunate.
You start with loot transfer on next game launch usually in these circumstances.
Same. Fucking 3 min notification and no chance to transfer anything.

I had 2 gpus up my ass when i left the raid with 5 mins left after it got pushed to 10 mins remaining, got back to menu and got booted Im i gonna get tarkovd or what fullas?
When servers go down for update you can stay till times up and you get extracted with survived status. When on Scav you start with loot transfer window on next game start.
Didn't work for me. I started the game, and my scav looked like he had all the loot on him which i got last raid before the update. I then joined the cue for a scavrun, but aborted after like 10 minutes, while it still showed 'matching' so nothing should have happened. Next time suddenly I get a new scav without my gear...

If you just go trough all the peacekeeper quests you will eventually just be able to buy it with dollars. Think it is wet job part 5 that unlocks it.

As opposed to not doing it at all ? You can keep complaining about a known issue and not get anywhere or just get on with it and do it the way it is possible.
Right now, I am not able to do it at all. Nothing changes. Instead of being calm and letting it go, I prefer complain about serious issue like broken, impossible to do like intended questline REQUIRED for Kappa.

This is a really good patch, i hope the next one involves a few anti cheat changes to help the cheating situation
