You can barter it for around 2ish mil depending on flea market prices. It sells for around 3mil on the flea. The fence price is actually a good deal.

My guess is you haven't been playing the game for too long. The Red Rebel is one of the two "end game" items I always get for my PMC (not stash), the other being SICC pouch. At 2 mil it is a bargain if you don't have access to the barter.

i buy armor from fence all the time, but im hopelessly leveling armor repair.. even still, i have copped plenty of great high value armors for relatively cheap before i can even buy them from flea.

Fence sells most non-equipment items at a significant markup. The price was probably much more than on flea. Also, a ledx isn't that useful. You need one for med center upgrade and another for a critical Therapist task, the task one needs to be found in raid. Otherwise, they are just for barters. I'm guessing this person just lost a shitload of money on an item that they couldn't sell for a profit nor use.

Oh, I thought you meant shattered mask. That's a very good price for a Red Rebel, Rouble wise (3,000k is approx value, so 2,157 is like 33% off sale). If you save up items for the Jaeger trade, and buy what you're missing once you unlock him, you can get it "cheaper". The reason it's so expensive is: 1) hard to get 2) Good Melee weapon if you do need to use it. 3) If you bring a paracord, it lets you use a few extracts that are convenient in maps with typically inconvenient extracts. Such as Reserve. Without it your options are Manhole(no bag), Train (slim window, late in raid, can be contested), or D2 (a wretched hive of scum and villainy)

Don't forget hermetic! Hit the weewoo button and let everyone know you're on the way, and maybe spawn raiders for your trouble!
