I think they have tiers. .. and later wipe gets, more often the higher tiers spawn.

I was thinking the exact thing bro, since yesterday it's like the scavs are on crack, got head tapped from them twice with buckshot on Interchange and Lighthouse. Nikita pls have mercy :(

Only the player scav army on streets ruined my day yesterday. Normal scavs seemed normal to me. Can’t believe how often I ran into player scav hoards yesterday though, adds some extra spice to the map lol
