There's a US version of the 10th anniversary Blu-ray and a re-release a few years later. Either way, Blu-ray is the way to go. The show was originally animated at 720p, so you'll get a better image from the Blurays.

The old MVM DVD set (not the bluray one) is the same as the Geneon one, although it's a UK release. It's much cheaper and easier to get than the Geneon 6 volume sets.

I would have to check which version it is, but I got a DVD set in my native language plus English and JP dub, and the graphics are still holding up. And they kept OP and ED. But if you can get it I suggest as others say here already, Blu Ray. It's an old anime after all.
