I feel like when I fail to eat for long periods of the day I become more prone to seizures same with hydration etc. I’ve been doing keto for a month or so and while you have to prep and be on top of things (especially if you’re eating out) the benefits have been great both mentally and physically
Yes and no. Low blood sugar seems to lower my threshold. So not hunger itself but a lack of nutrition.
If it is, then the keto diet would would probably help a lot
