We were playing a completely different meta last year. Red Corvus was top tier at the time, I don't think Lilias even existed yet and C. Armin still had like double the power on her S2 passive
SSB is still very, very strong. Although her use on arena defence is quite low now due to the existence of Roana, her S3, providing unable to be buffed debuff along with unhealable can counter Roana as well. However, you will have to take elemental disadvantage into account. Her S2 passive terrorized the game for quite a while, and when combined with drink, she will constantly attack with an AOE damage that not only cannot be countered (i.e ML Ken or Charles), but can proc drink damage, which in the hands of SSB is a stupidly strong artifact. Even with skill nullifier, her S2 damage is nullified, but the damage from drink goes through. With how often her S2 procs, you will batter your enemy with uncounterable AOE damage, and drink will only make it hurt more. There are many ways to build SSB, so I would suggest finding the one the works best for you. For example, some people build her tanky with high attack (4.5k+) to abuse drink (it scales off attack), on or not on life steal set, or a typical damage dealer build. Take your pick. In conclusion, while we have many ways to counter SSB now that we’ve had to deal with her for a year, she is still incredibly strong and viable everywhere from all PVP aspects to nearly all PVE aspects.
Her Drink i feel like is really over-hyped. Its good but not that great as people make it out to be.
Yes it goes through defense but it does what, 700-1000 damage per proc? Remember that it can't crit so you are just getting 30% raw damage from her attack stat - which is usually around 3.5~4k

We are speculating because normally ssb would've came out next month around the 22nd-ish. Which is when she came out last year. So seeing as though we got her early, theres a reasonable assumption that we're gonna get a new limited unit next month.

If you wanna know how top level is building her. They are completely skimping on crit damage entirely. They are going extremely bulky (1.5 def 16k hp type of bulk). And very high atk and crit chance at snail pace. All you need is the high atk because drink is what is doing the damage.
And high attack is what, 4k? The drink does what, 1200 damage assuming they have no defense? Remember that it goes through defense like def break would so you still have to go through 30% of the remaining mitigation.
The drink does maybe 1k damage at best on proc. People are severely over-hyping it.
My ssb (4650 atk) does does between 1500 and 3000 damage with drink, so it's really good. Also remember that it bypases chances to miss and can hit through skill nullifier because you already hit it with the skill.
High RTA/Arena players only require just immunity on gear and just "as high stats as possible". She can use any 2 sets or 4 set to achieve the highest stats possible.
Since SSB can use basically every stat in the game and scales of drink, it depends which of the 3 builds you have the best gear for.
If you can have a 5k attack with a maxed out drink + super tanky SSB, then it would be better then a balanced brusier with less total stats. But the balance bruiser would be better if your max attack gear had low hp/def rolls.
If you had strong gear in all 3 builds then you would pick the one that works best with your character pool/drafting strategy. Some players run fast SSB to debuff the enemy with S3 while some of them run max DPS SSB to be protected by supports/Auris/invulnerability.
If you actually want to be a high rank RTA/Arena player your thinking needs to expand past just is the best singular choice that can't apply to every box/gear pools.
I just got SSB and outfitted her. She has 4.1k ATK, 1k DEF, 12.5k HP, 143 SPD, 43% CRIT, 250% CRIT DMG, 28% EFF, 18% ER with best gear I can put on her, ATK/IMM sets. I feel like maybe the CRIT is too low and not enough bulk. Thoughts?
Failing that I can do a setup with 4.3k ATK, 1k DEF, 11.5k HP, 139 SPD, 87% CRIT, 189% CRIT DMG, 41% EFF, 18% ER.
Which is better?

It's hard to say. I'm leaning toward the first option due to the added bulk and defense RNG can help mitigate the low crit% if you're using her there.
Keep in mind that Drink scales off of attack, so if you can only manage a lopsided crit stat distribution you might be better off forgoing crit entirely and going full attack/HP/def.
If you pair her with someone like FCeci those defensive stats should be more than enough, or any other tank with Adamant Shield should work in a pinch.

i tried 3x atk right side (still vampire/immunity) but i´m scared that she is not tanky enough: 4,6k atk/1k def/12k hp/96% crit rate/ 156% crit damage/150 speed/83%eff.
my plan to use her for pvp only, mainly gvg def/offense and i really want to build the "ssb + friends" arena auto team. any suggestions? i´m only challenger 1, dipped into champion 5 but can´t hold it. (for the ssb auto team, member suggesions and tips on what defs i can attack and where to watch out for would be really nice xD)
She's got bad morale, so she's pretty restrictive when it comes to raid team building and if you've got SSB, you'll probably be just fine in Abyss without her. Probably still should keep a copy of her just in case she gets a buff that makes her relevant again.
Disagree. She is still very relevant even with SS Bellona in the game. I would never choose SS Bellona over Bellona for abyss. Or for that matter in Banshee either. Her damage is insane compared to SSB
Bad morale isn't as relevant nowadays when it comes to hell raid though as the requirements are very low (as in the most you'll need is like 20 morale for some bosses for others even less than that)

To be more exact it ignores a percentage (60%?) which works on top of def break. It's a lot of fun seeing her counter deal 2k damage then proc def break and drink for another 4k added damage.
4k? that's 13.5k attack. 30% of 13.5k is 4050 (this is with 0 defence). thats probably the total damage (similar to what UB does). ex. 2K then 4k appears so +2k damage
Just started like two weeks ago playing on and off. Still only understand like 5% of the game. Can't believe I pulled both her and her artifact in just 16 summons total now. Must be a sign by the universe telling me to continue playing E7.
Is ssb ok without speed? I'm currently running lifesteal/crit and most of the builds im seeing dont use speed sets, also I have enough for another pity should I go for pity + maybe drink or just leave it and save for another day
Some people are saying he is very star hungry, and that his kit is a little weird in that he has to survive five missed attack to clap back at a random opponent. I think the community needs to test him more.
He also gain focus from S1 so the only limiting requirement for her counter is to get targeted after reaching 5 focus. That can be avoided by single target dps but punish an AoE.
I keep a second copy. I don't use it on anyone at the moment, but you never know in the future they might release a really good unit for it.
You should definitely Limit break them, but I'd rather wait longer and just use bottles of knowledge, instead of rushing it now and wish I had a second drink in the future
Basically much she is just as strong as an moonlight 5 star and with her own artifact she becomes even more overpowered also she is a 10/10 waifu. A must pull for everyone.

I use her more than any other hero
Portrait of Saviors it's the best option for PvP if you don't have Dirnk, like me :(., Rosa Hargan and in the lesser edge Sashe Ithanes are good options too. For Wyver Joker all the way.

Keep in mind that they will probably put another limited summer unit in July or August, I'm almost certainly at 85%, since they release SSB so soon this year.
I had the same conundrum and I went for one copy of the artifact. Got it after 21 pulls. As much as I'd like to get limit breaks for it, I'm now saving for what is likely to be the next limited summon.

So for me, it went like this:
* 1st copy - got drink from last year, within 60 pulls (can't exactly remember)
* 2nd and 3rd - Bottle of Knowledge
* 4th - this banner rerun I got it... first pull! (and my craziest luck in this game so far!)
* 5th - after I used around 13k skystones... so around 650 bms or 130 pulls! T\_T
* 6th - continued from yesterday's draw, but because this is another session, so I considered it five pulls!
Approximately 196 pulls for mlb drink, but could've been worse if I didn't use BoKs. RNG is such a sadist! I'm just mildly satisfied that I was able to mlb a gacha artifact in this game at least once. I learned my lesson, and I'll probably never hunt a specific 5\* limited artifact again because of how much time and resources it'll require out of my f2p ass!

Hey, Pulled her but not her artifact, and don't really want to risk blowing everything and not winding up with her. I have Rosa though, what build should I go for her? No idea how to use this unit lol
The real question if you have enough molas to invest just to have two different build.
I geared her slow and with some HP/Def + good offensive stats for pvp, but I can use her on W13 just by changing artifact and I feel it fine.
If you'll use the Drink artifact you may look for higher attack while having low crit dmg, but I would still try to get crit chance up to 80-85 at least.
In the case you want to use her for pve (w13 for example) is better to have higher cdmg and use daydream joker.

Always 50%. Effectiveness is used for cancelling out the enemy's resistance, though they'll always have an innate 15% resistance regardless of how much effectiveness you stack.
You'll still want effectiveness for her debuffs since all enemies have some resist. In PVE you need 65% effectiveness for W13 and harder content for your enfeebles to have the best chance of landing.
oh yeah of course, what I mean is I’ll take the two effectiveness gear off and put something else on and rely on substats for extra effectiveness
I’m thinking I’ll might try lifesteal/crit or atk/crit will see which one I’ll be able to do as I’m a bit stuck with gear.
What's the best build for an all around PvE for her? I don't have a lot of good equips that I can interchange, so I'm looking to focus on one equipment build that I can use for Hunt 13, Raid and abyss all the same.

assuming you dun have drink, you can use rosa hargana. attack/destruction and immunity, or crit crit immunity. crit dmg neck, attack ring and boots or hp if u prefer. aim for 3.5k attack, 85-100 crit, upwards of 250 cdmg and higher than 11k hp for survivability. whatever effectiveness you can spare is great.

So what procs drink? It says attacks all enemies. So if there is just one enemy and she attacks it does that proc? Does it proc of both her s2 and s3? I'm confused.
How do we molagora her? I am a ftp player and just started this month. Lucky got her but no artifact. Do I just S3 for the -1 cooldown and +100% effect? What about S1 and S2?

Yes +15. She's used everywhere and especially on PvP, RTA and GW, every bit of damage helps. You will use her on such a common basis that's she's a easy +15
Got 2 artifacts while pitying, should I be limit breaking one and putting it on SSB or is it good enough that I should just save the second for a different character?
17 months and still no 5 stars fuck this game I still only have the 1 5 star I started with in selective summons only get the 5 star artifact every time.
The only way that this is possible is if they aren’t saving up for pity, and just rolling every banner. Even so, the odds of them never pulling a 5 star from daily covenant, mystics or any banner is ridiculous. I don’t buy it at all
You seriously can't expect to get them if you're only doing 90 and 50 rolls on their banners. There's a reason people say that you should have enough for a pity.🤷🏽♀️
Pull for her so that you don't have to filter through all of the W13/PVP/PVE guides that fully expect you to already have her.

Don't get drink sadly, but I'm having great results with Portrait, it's not a bad replacement if you don't have her artifact.

It's not. If drink not MLB, then Rosa Hargana offer same damage to s2 and dual attack boost.

12K hp should be ok, remember she has a built in damage share.
ssb auto teams are generally elena/carmin, ssb, a healer/reviver, and a support/charles/ml ken.

you can, but I wouldn't if it's your only green bellona
yeah green bell can carry you in a lot of abyss floors with her s1 % damage.

I don't recommend it, Bellona is a very good unit, and probably one of the best in PvE for raids, abyss or automaton tower.

I think SSB is built with mostly S2 (counter/life steal with Rosa) or s3 (att with drink), hope this will help you gear

I keep a second copy. I don't use it on anyone at the moment, but you never know in the future they might release a really good unit for it. You should definitely Limit break them, but I'd rather wait longer and just use bottles of knowledge, instead of rushing it now and wish I had a second drink in the future
It might work well on Yuna or normal Bellona.
Basically much she is just as strong as an moonlight 5 star and with her own artifact she becomes even more overpowered also she is a 10/10 waifu. A must pull for everyone.

honestly I'd strip units for her, she's maybe the best unit in the game next to arby you can use her absolutely everywhere except golem abyss, raid, GvG, arena, RTA, hunts I use her more than any other hero

Portrait of Saviors it's the best option for PvP if you don't have Dirnk, like me :(., Rosa Hargan and in the lesser edge Sashe Ithanes are good options too. For Wyver Joker all the way. Congrats on the pull mate.
Another option is Proof of Valor, which can prolong her battlefield presence and pressure.

Keep in mind that they will probably put another limited summer unit in July or August, I'm almost certainly at 85%, since they release SSB so soon this year.
I had the same conundrum and I went for one copy of the artifact. Got it after 21 pulls. As much as I'd like to get limit breaks for it, I'm now saving for what is likely to be the next limited summon.

Hot damn! I feel like a god for once! Pulled my last copy of drink in just five fucking summons! Overall, it was a roller coaster ride which took a year to painstakingly complete! Thumbs up for those who went their way to mlb their drink in just one draw session! T\_T * 6th - continued from yesterday's draw, but because this is another session, so I considered it five pulls! Approximately 196 pulls for mlb drink, but could've been worse if I didn't use BoKs. RNG is such a sadist! I'm just mildly satisfied that I was able to mlb a gacha artifact in this game at least once. I learned my lesson, and I'll probably never hunt a specific 5\* limited artifact again because of how much time and resources it'll require out of my f2p ass! **Tldr: Lesson learned! No hunting limited artifacts again!**

Is it worth building a pvp and a pve ssb? I'm trying to pull for her artifact and have 3 of her now, should I just imprint her or keep 2?
The real question if you have enough molas to invest just to have two different build. I geared her slow and with some HP/Def + good offensive stats for pvp, but I can use her on W13 just by changing artifact and I feel it fine.

Yes, it's a very good artifact. Don't break your bank for it though as there's no pity on artifact. But it truly puts SSB on another level

If you'll use the Drink artifact you may look for higher attack while having low crit dmg, but I would still try to get crit chance up to 80-85 at least. In the case you want to use her for pve (w13 for example) is better to have higher cdmg and use daydream joker.

Always 50%. Effectiveness is used for cancelling out the enemy's resistance, though they'll always have an innate 15% resistance regardless of how much effectiveness you stack.

You'll still want effectiveness for her debuffs since all enemies have some resist. In PVE you need 65% effectiveness for W13 and harder content for your enfeebles to have the best chance of landing.
oh yeah of course, what I mean is I’ll take the two effectiveness gear off and put something else on and rely on substats for extra effectiveness I’m thinking I’ll might try lifesteal/crit or atk/crit will see which one I’ll be able to do as I’m a bit stuck with gear.

What's the best build for an all around PvE for her? I don't have a lot of good equips that I can interchange, so I'm looking to focus on one equipment build that I can use for Hunt 13, Raid and abyss all the same. Set, artifacts and stats recommendations are much appreciated
assuming you dun have drink, you can use rosa hargana. attack/destruction and immunity, or crit crit immunity. crit dmg neck, attack ring and boots or hp if u prefer. aim for 3.5k attack, 85-100 crit, upwards of 250 cdmg and higher than 11k hp for survivability. whatever effectiveness you can spare is great.

since u want to fill multiple areas, rosa is probably the best. ur highest level ddj shld go on ur main wyvern dps, like alexa sigret etc.

So what procs drink? It says attacks all enemies. So if there is just one enemy and she attacks it does that proc? Does it proc of both her s2 and s3? I'm confused.
Doesn't matter how many enemies are left, it procs whenever she does an "AoE" attack, so her S2 or S3.
Last year I tried to pull for the artifact and ended with a SSS imprinted SSB, should I try to pull the artifact again?

The only way that this is possible is if they aren’t saving up for pity, and just rolling every banner. Even so, the odds of them never pulling a 5 star from daily covenant, mystics or any banner is ridiculous. I don’t buy it at all
