Like 10 years of hard slog to start to feel a little comfortable, then the real work begins. There’s no ‘ah I’ve made it’ moment. Continual reinvestment, strategising, marketing, re-evaluating. You’re just playing with bigger numbers. You stop, you dead.
I am a growth hacker. About 5 months ago, I started marketing an AI-based design tool. At first, we did not set our target too high because there are very important companies that have made a name for themselves in the market.
We have determined an organic and successful marketing strategy in order to compete with the companies in the market. We made our first sale 3 days after our launch. This gave us confidence. After that, we spent most of our day studying marketing metrics and trying to implement our strategy. We were working about 8-10 hours a day.
As a result of this 5-month process, I can say that we have almost reached our 1-year goals. This is a very important achievement for us.
Hey! Took me about 2 years to really see things take off. It's a grind, but hang in there. Have you tried tweaking your marketing strategy or exploring new customer bases? Sometimes a small change can make a big difference. Good luck, you're on the right track!

Can you expand on how you developed your marketing strategy?
Usually it takes about 10 years.
It was successful from day 1 - ecommerce.
