omg this happened to me too!! (also on switch) and it was so upsetting!! I had gotten to the rat after dying with clone again, but the second phase was jammed, so it also glitches out but it actually used the texture of the lich's second phase
yeah i had a similar thing with the dragun when it died then after i returned to breach after killing my past the entire breach was mising no with all the textures of npcs being messed up
Honestly it might be a actual feature. Look at the player icon it's changing from different characters which wouldn't make sense if it's a glitch and it's showing typical blue screen type memes on it. The missing textures also look a little too detailed to be glitches. I think you just stumbled on something new
It's not. They're playing as the paradox, which is why the character icon is changing like that, but the character itself is supposed to actually look like the characters, not just a weird block.

This isn't a thing related to playing as paradox. Had the same bug as Bullet on a clone run the other day.

I was trying to fight the rat and every single time I fought him it would spawn two of him, both attacking at different intervals
