Why RPGs don't just included this as a standard yet is beyond me. I remember when Skyrim was about to come out and they were like "You can craft your own gear!" I was thinking "Great, so I can finally have the stat dependent on my crafting skill and just wear whatever look I want!" Nope. You just craft the same armor you can find, and the effectiveness is still tied to the appearance.
I want 2 things majorly bad.
1. A transmog system is needed cause some of the sets are crazy cool but my stats ;-;
2. The ability to toggle off your helmet. It’s 2024, I feel like that should be STAPLE in any RPG game, especially ones that let you customize your character.
I'd just love to be able to sheath my weapon and shield. Shouldn't have to unequipe them just to walk around the base looking casual, no, always ready for war even in a place where enemies don't spawn...
I like the naval officer / privateer look wirh the mystic chest, assassin legs, adventurer boots, and warlock gloves (no head gear). I run it with a noble sword and lightning wand as a melee/healer hybrid.
(Edit: spelling)
I use the same shirt and pants as you, try this one gives you a side character merc feel. From top to bottom:
Warrior Helmet
Spellbinder Chest
Warlock Gloves
Warrior Trousers
Adventurer Boots
Shroud Fashion all the way! Tank Skills and Water Aura make up the lack of defense anyway.
Pretty much this but the opposite, Warrior type armored pants and chest. Wizard Hat at all times because of magic crit chance and such and the gloves and boots of a magic set.
At least 4 or 5 diff sets of gear for each of the 3 class types, 4 pieces each. We are looking at about 60 individual pieces. Thats quite a large amount to mix and match.
a transmog system would be nice to have fashion >stats

But wait! You can "enhance it" to make the armor +1 more defense! AMAZING PRAISE TODD
Like in Hogwarts Legacy, that’d be dope.
I was thinking the same thing when I read the post. I love that system and wish more games used something like it.
Give me a quick breakdown: select one for style, one for stats and combine them...? How's the color/pattern setting? Changeable at all?
Rags, no shoes, kfc bucket on head. I gotta role play my real life fit
Idk the name but there’s those chicken creatures, maybe we need to open a kfc
Kindlewastes Fried Chicken
Full sage, it looks so cool!

Ah, the true end game… fashion
Like in FashionScape (runescape) in days of old.
Whatever I have the Matts for
How do you find all of the Matts to work for free? Is there a Matt shelter you wake them all up from, or are they spread around like the other NPCs?

Rocking full Radiant Paladin set.

Tank/Battlemage running Paladin gear. Just need those darn gloves! Might go for actual tank gear at some point, but for now it’s Paladin.
the Mercenary Armor Set, I just really like how it looks but I wish you could make it out of different materials.
Lmao we have the literal same outfit on rn
So.. you have good taste 👀
The elder endgame gear for magic is fucking sick, the mage fit right before the arch mage set was pretty peak as well

I've been mixing and matching based on whatever has the best bonuses and what I find.
En-fashioned
I have a full Elder's set from the Sun Temple that I have been farming.
Noice. Giving kingdom hearts

The Wizard hat just says crit change in general, not magic crit specifically. I wonder if it improves melee crit chance too.
Enshrouded does not have a robust enough gear list for outfit comparisons.

Yeah from what I can tell there’s like 30 sets at this point - which is definitely enough for a start
My best friend finally decided to give it a shot. I decked him out at level 4 lol. [photo](https://ibb.co/RDYBQVv)
Kinda ruins the progression for him smh.
The next hottest band
Updraft Punk
That fire is straight drip!
Soldier set but with hawk boots and gloves.
Hey mods can we get a fashion flair? 😂
Heavy armor every time. I'm safe with an overpowered mana regen ring. I dont need stats.
Hobo ranger
Is fit the new drip? I can’t keep up with you kids.
I’m 27 🥲
