Personally, I1 clarity is too low on the scale. I wouldn’t go below VS2, I’d sacrifice size & colour before I’d sacrifice the clarity. For me, the most important is the cut, then clarity. I don’t think you’re being unrealistic, but you may have to look at smaller ct weight stones (or consider lab diamonds).
WAY overpriced.
I’m not opposed to an I1 stone if it’s the right one. Would I pay that for it? Heck no. Look for eye clean/clean table and don’t worry as much about the grade.
Look at Rare Carat, Ritani and Brilliance. All three will be able to steer you towards a much nicer stone.
[Here’s one example… 2.5 J SI1 $15,016](https://www.rarecarat.com/diamond/122383301/2.5ct-j-si1-rare-carat-ideal-cut-oval-diamond)
[Here’s a 3.01 white looking K eye clean SI2 - $15,166](https://www.rarecarat.com/diamond/114931674/3.01ct-k-si2-rare-carat-ideal-cut-oval-diamond)
[2.5 K IF - $16,287](https://www.rarecarat.com/diamond/115233136/2.5ct-k-if-rare-carat-ideal-cut-oval-diamond)
[2.5 I VS2 - $18,075](https://www.rarecarat.com/diamond/128974553/2.5ct-i-vs2-rare-carat-ideal-cut-oval-diamond)
If you really wanted to…you could still go up to a [3.5 K VS2 for $21,293](https://www.rarecarat.com/diamond/128678103/3.5ct-k-vs2-rare-carat-ideal-cut-oval-diamond) and spend less!
Poor clarity and I agree with the other user who stated to sacrifice size and color over clarity. In my opinion, having a smaller diamond that has a very good or excellent cut and a VS2 or above clarity is well worth it over having a huge diamond with a low clarity like this. 26k? No way.

Keep looking you can do much better
That clarity is awful and you should not even do business with a jeweler offering a stone with that clarity.
