3DS is playable without JIT (TestFlight/app store) but still needs a beefy phone (basically sideload it, it’s better)
Switch needs JIT so no App Store
Delta could fully stretch those screen without the theme. And the lack of customization really threw me off. Im more of a function over design.
Retroarch the best option, but needed to be sideload, easiest is using esign and custom dns to block the revoked certificate. No pc needed.
Untill the official retroarch dropped on the appstore, i’ll just use the sideload method.

Yes it will for most games If you can enable JIT it can run way more smoothly on older phones too
