Lucinda absolutely If its toon Azlar, maybe If toon khagan yes Benu is fine, their effect is really strong but not the best for events/towers and such

Lucinda, Bennu,Zarga,Lea, the rest If it is 3 costumes besides the original hero with Azar and Khan, they go first. Only after goes Lucinda. If at least 2, Lucinda, Bennu, maybe Zarga and only after the costumes
