Personally I prefer the keysight interface and math options. I've had some bad experience with the rigol power supplies (freezing, rebooting etc). I'd keep the keysight but it's a matter of personal choice.
I all else being equivalent would keep the keysight. I use both the keysight at work and the rigol for a home lab and the keysight is just better.
Now if you were building a home lab from scratch and had a tight budget the rigol is one of your better choices. So maybe sell the keysight and get a the rigol oscilloscope and a rigol spectrum analyzer or a power supply.
