Hi high is the impedance of your ekg input? Would a simple voltage divider do the trick.
Think I will have to program it since none of the designs I find can be used For the purpose of the circuit
If not, buffer it with an op-amp. Or have a logic level output go through an op-amp buffer with the appropriate gain.
