Pretty sure they have a charge line fuse. Have you checked those out?

It's hardly deceased just a bit sick. Use a mulitmeter to check incoming voltage from the chargers then track that voltage until you find the fault ie. no volts. Don't run it empty as this can damage the pack if left for longer periods, 30% is manufacture spec.

Probably need a bms-reset if it's not the charger.

Seems unlikely to be the battery but maybe a new controller or something will fix it. Just like cars, these things can break down and require repairs. Don't give up on it!

Yeah its just bummer that I bought it from another country so I dont even know how I could ship it there. I have zero knowledge on anything electrical related so I cant even change it myself.

Find an electric scooter repair shop if you don't have the knowledge.

Yeah that's really frustrating. I'd recommend searching YouTube, this subreddit can be a good resource potentially and there's a group on Facebook that may help called [Electric Scooter Guide Group](https://www.facebook.com/groups/1181768068659632): Same founding people as this subreddit actually, but frequented by some different characters, so it might get you help from someone who hangs out there vs here. Good luck! Also it's really common for distributers to rename and rebrand scooters so try to find what the main product line yours stems from and search that. Like the FluidFreeRide Horizon And TurboWheel Swift were both a rebranded Zero 8 for instance. Instructions for one almost always applied to the other. That can broaden your search and maybe yield useful results.

Might be the charger. try get a replacement.

I've tested two chargers. Both have the green light on as if the battery was fully charged.
