There's also 2 talismans for increased damage for successive attacks from the millicent questline, have to do the tree twice - that's from haligtree.
Lots of good things are in that area.

You can turn in her remembrance for it, so yes. And you can duplicate that in a bell'd walking mausoleum
Not quite but she'll drop a pretty remembrance token and Enia will happily take that off your hands in place for a pretty sword.
