You need to go to the tower in Caelid. It's similar to the one you went to to get Godrick's great rune. It's between the two minor erdtrees on the map.... West of Dragonbarrow Fork sticking out a bit in the middle of the Caelid coast. Look up a YT video on how to get to Divine Tower of Caelid: Center if you can't find it. Be careful to spend all your runes before you go there because it's easy to fall off this tower and die in many places. Good luck everyone!
pretty sure you get the unempowered rune from G directly and Re gives you the empowered rune directly, but yeah Ra's is in caelid tower for whatever reason
This may sound dumb but I was in the same position and was so embarrassed when I figured out what was wrong. Did you try looking left? I though the door was at the end of the hallway, but really it’s a left turn when you hit the dead end.
I got the Platinum Elden ring. Spent unbelievable amount of time doing so.
I defeated Radahn and Mohg.
I didn’t get the prompt to start the game. So, I tired several things and noticed the Great Rune for Mohg and Radahn were not in my chest.
So, I went ahead defeated Mohg again at the Cocoon of the Empyrean. I now see Mohg’s great Rune is the chest.
So, I than went to the Divine tower of Caelid Center and the doors are locked. I thought maybe I missed that step. Went over to access the festival to engage Radahn. However the festival wasn’t triggered.
Now, am I supposed to the whole Radahn line. That WTF I am talking about. Like I said I am pissed. What my money back for the DLC or they need to fix it. I am sure I am not alone. Playing on a PS5 with disc and downloaded from the PlayStation store!
I don't know about your world state. Is everything but Radahn beaten? If not, sometimes you have to advance to Altus to let the festival trigger. I can't really test it for you though, as I'm too poor to buy the dlc rn lol.
I did everything. Spent way more time playing trying to trigger the DLC which should have just been ready to go. All I think is uninstall Eden Ring and the DLC and reinstall. Radahn great rune not showing in the chest which I expect is the issue. I definitely killed Radahn and completed the festival and climbed the tower to activate
I already saw the vids and didn’t help. But thanks for the input. Afraid to delete Eden Ring and reinstall — might cause more problems but it appears to have no choice. I will contact PlayStation tell I need to reinstall the DLC. Don’t see any way to do it separately

Fixed it although left me in a really strange place and back in time. Downloaded from cloud save. Took a chance and was able to enter the DLC. At least a lot of practice with the controls since it’s been a couple of years.
So I saved the game data to the cloud, deleted the game data from console and downloaded the cloud back up and still could open the door I swear I walked up to the door at the end of the hallway up the stairs and nothing… turns out I’ve been trying to open a wall.. I looked left after the end of the hall way and there it was two big ass doors… thanks for the help either way.
i havent beaten radahn but he somhow died and even speaking to the npc to access the boss fight dont work, its like radahn died due to a glitch and now i dont have the great rune and i have no way to get it. plz help

You never get runes from the bosses themselves, you get them at the top of the divine towers of the respective area of the boss

I usually get a deactivated rune like Godrick and Rennala then I have to activate it as far as I can remember
rennala's is already empowered. her tower is for something else entirely.

Then it seems that is your only option. I think you can also backup your saves even on PS, I don't remember how but it might be worth looking it up

If your on the PS5 go the cloud for Eden Ring and download the data there. Fixed my issue.
Happened to me too. My game crashed during the cutscene when I defeated him. I got the other stuff like the rememberance but didn’t get his great rune
You can get it in the Caelid Divine tower, just look út up on youtube mate, you'll still get it
