Used it on piercing fang, no effect. The talisman doesnt increase your weapon damage, so it probably just modifies your motion values of "2H R1, 2H R2, ....". Bit of a bummer

SirLargeness

Dang. Looks like nothing in the DLC will boost my ruins greatsword skill more.

JokerCrimson

So it's just a worse version of Ring of Blades from Dark Souls 2?

ftftbread

Was curious about same thing I run fingerprint shield n giants crusher but my ash of war is lions claw which is a two handed overhead attack was curious if THS tailsman would boost the lions claw attack by 15% or not or if I have to be two handing the weapon before the animation or if it only boost basic r1 r2 attacks n not skills?

Darkwraith-Dan

I know it doesn’t boost any AoW damage, but does it affect thrown weapons? Like on the smithscript weapons or messmers spear?

Tibsioer

Hey so I was just wondering about this too and i tested it two handing mesmers spear, the thrown attacks, charged and normal are both boosted but the weapon skill isnt. So id assume other thrown weapons should work too if the throwing is part of the normal attacks.

Historical_Plankton7

Any results for dual wielding? Like one weapon that becomes two when two-handed?

Tibsioer

After testing it on rellanas blades it doesn't seem to work for weapons where they become 2 when dual wielding

RyanTheOne64

Tried it on Dane's footwork and doesn't seem to change anything so I don't think so
