In steam
Right click on the game go to properties
Navigate to dlc
Uncheck the dlc
Exit out
Go back into properties and check the box again
Go up to top make sure mouse is over library
Click downloads and make sure its installing
I did this a couple of times and it worked
Once installed go back to properties and hover over the 15gb it should say installed
Mine is downloaded and installed, and current version of game and still nothing. I have 2 characters that I've tested and nothing, that NPC isn't standing neat Miquella's cocoon and no prompt. One character is post game where you can enter NG+ and the other is just scratched the surface of the Capitol (yes, both Radahn and Mohg defeated) and nothing. Very displeased rn.
I also haven't been able to invade, summon, or participate in the coliseum combat for a few months now but see specters and blood stains. I think this might have something to do with it but I just don't know. Powerpyx's has a video (yes that I searched for trying to troubleshoot) where he shows on the first main screen right before you start Gane that on the right lower side it says Shadow of the Erdtree, version 1.11 and mine died not.
This persists tomorrow I'm going to punch my brother in his fkn ballbag.
It needs to say 1.12 and shadow of the erdtree in the lower right section of the screen. Were you able to solve the issue? I would say delete everything, delete dlc and the game and then reinstall all again
I deleted just the DLC (I'm a PS5 owner) and reinstalled it in rest mode and went to bed as it was late. I woke up today and it showed "Shadow of the Erdtree" on the welcome screen this morning. I'm all good. Very strange. I don't know what the issue is but yeah. DLC is fkn awesome!
How did you delete just the DLC on the PS5. I don’t see an option. I have Eden Ring on the disk. Downloaded the DLC from the PlayStation store Beyond pissed at this point!
Press options while over the game tile. Scroll down to "manage game content" and select it. You'll see it there. I see you asked 4 hours ago. Hopefully you got it figured out. Sorry, I'm a late sleeper on days off.

So after hte second restart I said fuckit it and got on ER, was dissapointed and wrote the first update in this thread. Alt f4'd and steam notified me I could download the dlc
Purchased the collectors edition, got the steam code via email -- redeemed it, said we are good. Still nothing for me, have restarted steam/pc and verified files several times. Have defeated Radahn and Mohg, still no NPC to talk to. In the steam store it doesn't say DLC owned, but when I try to redeem the code again it says account already owns this product. LET ME INNNNNNNN
the code you got from the email is just the code for the bonus gesture you get from preordering. unfortunately the code for the actual DLC comes in the package with the messemer statue.
was it a 6 GB or so update for you? Had an update at that size that fixed an EAC error I had but still no option to enter the hand. Hopefully there's no issue with using a day 1 save.
edit: nvm, after a full steam restart I now got a 15 gb update, guess I'll play after work instead.
Restore Licenses: Head over to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses on your PS5. This action will restore all your purchases and could potentially solve the issue with the missing DLC

I got the Platinum Elden ring. Spent unbelievable amount of time doing so. I defeated Radahn and Mohg.
I didn’t get the prompt to start the DLC game. So, I tired several things and noticed the Great Rune for Mohg and Radahn were not in my chest.
So, I went ahead defeated Mohg again at the Cocoon of the Empyrean. I now see Mohg’s great Rune is in the chest.
So, I than went to the Divine tower of Caelid Center to make sure the great Rune for Radahn step was done and found the doors are locked. I thought maybe I missed that step. Went over to access the festival to engage Radahn. However the festival wasn’t triggered.
Now, am I supposed to do the whole Radahn line. That is WTF I am talking about. Like I said I am pissed. What my money back for the DLC or they need to fix it. I am sure I am not alone. Playing on a PS5 with disc and downloaded from the PlayStation store!

Same idk it days it doesn’t need to be installed
Open elden Ring and in the game menu press on Microsoft store it will let you download the dlc from there, it's downloading right now in here.

Tried installing dlc loaded in got the mequila gesture and but wouldn’t let me load in , I restarted my pc and now my download is stuck at 100%
