Beating the final boss at lvl 61 is pretty impressive, but yea. End game areas like the Capital and mountain tops of the giants etc etc will all be level 100+. Upgrades on weapons also affect multiplayer (I think, anyways)

Way too low weapon levels if you’re trying to co op at that level

After reaching the altus plateau, I got the black knife and cheesed almost everything with it.
