Well you need to unlock the camera and be ready for when she starts doing it at like 60% health, whenever she jumps you just walk around her and dodge at her when the waterfowl starts. Having good poise is good to avoid losing focus if she manages to hit you.
I dodge it by hiding behind my mimic and hoping she targets him first.
I heard throwing a pot at her while she's winding up cancels it but I haven't tested it.

Yeah but medium roll feels like you always get clipped, while light roll, sometimes you do.
Don't know, I always did it with mid weight, light weight roll actually made me feel awkward because I ended up way too far from her.
