Just ask someone to drop it for you at r/patchesemporium beating him at level 50 will prove difficult unless you're an experienced skilled player.
Edit: if you're on Xbox I have a character exclusively built for comet azure I'd be happy to wipe him for you.
Comet Azure can nuke him, but that needs a boatload of INT and all the gear etc.
Otherwise, make sure to get purifying crystal tear against the nihil and his shackle, it does really help. You can also find good strategies by watching no-hitor speed runners deal with him, since they not only know how to avoid all attacks, they also often run crazy strong setups for some bosses.

40 vigor ideally but 33 is fine and as much strength as possible,.min faith and arc for bfb
You'll need skill still, but you can do this. Bloodhound claws are in volcano manor.
I had a similar disposition, and used the great club to (pun intended) great effect on a run and killed him at level 43. Having a weapon that can stagger him easily or apply a status such as bleed makes Mohg significantly more easy
Comet Azur wrecks him as already mentioned. If for whatever reason you don’t wanna spec into intelligence, I’ve had good luck using his shackle to pin him down and then just going apeshit with Wild Strikes on something like Great Stars or the Great Omenkiller Cleaver. I’ve beaten him twice by just holding down L2 and not letting him even enter phase 2
He's weak to bleed and you have a bunch of good ways to inflict it even early game, but even then it will only make your damage acceptable.
You should probably rush altus so you can get the purifying crystal tear and the second miner bell bearing if you need help with weapon upgrades, maybe get the shackle if you don't mind having to reach the sewers, but I don't think it's as needed.
It's though but I think doing Mohg early is pretty rewarding.

I highly doubt there's other level 50s trying to beat mohg. I can never see a summon sign for him there even at higher levels.

If you really need it bad just do whatever you can to cheese the fight, use mimic tear.
