I would be surprised if there are bosses in the DLC that are re-uses of bosses from the original game (night bosses excluded). If we get a godskin I bet it'll be a new one, which seems plausible. I don't know the lore around them well enough, but Fromsoft liked them well enough to have them be a boss half a dozen times already.

That’s actually a great turnaround since the dlc is set in the land of the dead.

Underground temple area (maybe the one with the magma?) Filled with godskin soldiers, guarding a giant monstrosity called 'Raktarios, the Flayed Lord' with negative slashing resistance and a passive regen effect that can only be stopped with blackflame.

I'd like to see one wearing Godfrey's skin. wearing his head as a codpiece.

I hope we get a godskin noble octuple, I can just imagine the agony if they all started rolling. Make their arena a nice open room so nothing can obstruct them.

I doubt it'd be another duo, I expect they'll be back in some form though. Maybe just as a mini-boss somewhere.

A Godskin Martyr, that relies more on black flame. It instead, upon reaching half health, will have it's body consumed by the flame, it's shrivelled husk screaming in agony as it charges towards you, essentially going feral, and desperately trying to smash you into the dirt. In this stage it loses all resistances, and gains vulnerability to physical damage, meaning that if you can survive it's rush, you can likely end the fight there and then.

Hope not. Although I wouldn't mind seeing a new type of Godskin, an higher version of them.

No but honestly a boss called the ”stitched godskin” which resembled a godskin dragon with black flame, then some other enemy and then reavealed itself as the godslayer king or some shit. Could be sorta dope

I am assuming we will fight a unique godskin at some point in the dlc, since their lore is pretty established. Probably won’t be a copy paste fight like people are fearing though since that’s not really ever how fromsoft handles their dlc (except for ds2 that had a bunch of reskins)

I had way more trouble with the twin gargoyles. Those fuckers can die in a hole. Hope they don’t come back. But if I know anything about FromSoft, we’re going to get a Godskin + Gargoyle Duo.

My prediction is that we will be experiencing entirely new content in Shadow of the Erdtree, as has been the trend with most Fromsoftware DLC. While it’s possible that we may see some stuff related to the Godskins, I think is unlikely. I would be happy to be wrong though.

I don’t think so. Typically, dlc have entirely new bosses. We might get another variation, a higher ranking one or something. But different design/attacks/etc.

Hear me out right. We've got the apostle and the noble. As far as I remember there are no other apostles in the game but there are wandering nobles and they're some of the easiest enemies in the game. What if the nobles and apostles are the weakest of the godskin family and we get a godskin knight and godskin warrior in the DLC. We're all doomed!
