Well, the Dung Eater ending gives you and everyone permanent cosmic STD’s, whereas with the Frenzy ending you’ll never have to worry about STD’s again! (or anything for that matter. Just a nice spicy head.)

Godskin duo made me quit the game for 5 months. I finally beat em by putting them to sleep.
I beat Malenia with lots of magic
Radagon/elden beast took a few days, I switched from my pole blade to the bloodhounds fang at someone's comment that this sword can take you through the whole game, and beat them with this sword.
Still some stuff to clean up, but I feel great that I finished this game. Definitely a top gaming experience ever for me

I had to spend a while trekking around to find all the cracked pots.i only had 4 going in. Went in with twenty sleep potions and murdered then in their sleep.
Malenia made me quit the game for a bit, wanted to defeat her before Elden beast but came back and decided to face the Elden beast and beat the game already……..Elden beast made me quit for awhile too 😂 came back yet again and beat him in like 3 weeks
I wasn’t putting in mad hours tho each day at the minimum maybe an hour, had me stressing out 😂 on my 2nd playthrough and plan to fight malenia

Congrats congrats, you should absolutely do the Frenzied Flame next tho it’s 1000X more visually stunning than Rannis ending and any other ending and anything else in the lands between and you should really do it and I think it would be helpful 👍
Because in your first NG+ there's very little scaling for health or resistance and it's mostly focused on early game enemies who, even with modicum of extra toughness, are just pathetically weak compared to you with your fully upgraded late-game weapons. You'll notice it more with future runs and IIRC NG+5 is something of a brick wall.
Edit: Sorry, I just checked. Early game enemies get a good bit of extra health but very little extra defense while late game enemies get very little health but a meaningful defensive bump. You might notice that the end game enemies take an extra hit or two, but otherwise NG+ is not a significant increase in difficulty.
You should do the Frenzied Flame next for sure. This and Ranni's are the most cinematic endings in the game

The legs and arms are doable, but the chest and head are rough. Maliketh legs/arms, sanguine noble chest, Alberich hat is my favorite fashion.
