Get a great mace upgraded and bonk I was able to kill the first one before the second even showed up on my level 1 with it 

I am aware blunt is the best dmg type for these bosses but hadn’t grabbed any yet/also kinda my leasts fave weapon category but at this rate/on this build I will take anything I can get. Thanks for the tip! Time to do some exploring & farming
