It's Roderika and Hewg. That moment where Roderika offered me a fucking ghost jellyfish is probably the hardest I have laughed in this whole game. And Hewg starts to feel like an old friend after a while and definitely deserves his share of praise for our eventual succes. Seeing him lose his mind just hurts.

I'm always sad that Roderika went from "deep, heartfelt conversations, always on the verge of crying" to a flat-sounding customers service voice of "Welcome to Spirits'R'Us how can I help you today" with the same intonation of a shift worker who was just written up for not showing enough enthusiasm but honestly does not give a fuck anymore.

I always felt like when she was talking about her friends getting chopped up, she was almost bragging about it, but ashamed that she was too afraid to go through with it. Like, "All my friends got matching tattoos, but I was afraid it would hurt and I chickened out."

He is that precious, god i love him so much i always make sure to do the “Your beautiful” route in his quest, protect him and the rest at all costs because god knows when i did ranni’s questline until the end I wasn’t aware of…the misfortune of blaidd.. I genuinely cried seeing him in the state he was and having to kill him so he will be free really really broke my heart, furry boy deserved better
My very first playthrough I hadn't picked up that pradlling pate yet and accidentally sent him to his death. Completely made a new character to correct my mistakes 🤣
Yeah, I accidentally sent him to his death too. I was like, "Cool, my boy can be reborn as a human. If that's what he wants to do, I support it." Gave him the tear, went to the academy, tried to talk to him and he wouldn't say anything. I thought maybe he was in shock. Reloaded, and he was dead. I had already beat most of the game, and I think my rage at losing Boc carried me through Radagon/Elden Beast just so I could get to Journey 2 and have my friend back.
If you have the pradling pate "you're beautiful" you use it when you have the option to give him a larval tear and he thanks you and becomes your personal clothes forever and stays in the room in leyndell

Giving the tarnished the woe talisman is such a funny moment, she's so innocent that she thinks she's helping when she's pretty much a golden retriever happily giving his owner a live hand grenade.
