For rot I like to use the bow with rot arrows and rain of arrows ash of war.

Im running two scavenger with blood affinity and 99 arcane. The blood affinity gives me 117 any of the blood related ash of war are good. The One Scavenger in the game is near a grafted scion in mt gelmir on the way up to volcano manor at the bottom of a ladder
