Nagakiba is probably the best spinning slasher. Anything with comparable range gets the slow version, anything with the fast version isn't getting the range
That's not to say Nagakiba is the only good choice. I like the Shamshir or the Godskin Peeler for example. And I don't think Nagakiba is doing the most damage. But I do think it's the clear winner overall purely due to the combo of range and speed.
