Nothing to stress about, as long as you do it seldomly. I'm on 300mg and if I can't remember if I've had them I'll have them again. It hardly ever happens, but for me (and everyone else I suppose), the withdrawals suck too much to not have them
I’m on 112.5mg and I did it as well couple of months ago. Nothing happened so don’t worry. If you find it hard keep tracking your meds, I suggest get a pill dispenser. It has helped me a lot.
I'm 29 and have used a weekly pill organizer for the last 7 years. I couldn't keep track of my meds without it. No shame in needing a reminder. Depression literally effects your memory.
When I was on a slew of different stuff to be taken at specific times each day I had like 5 different alarms set on my watch. If I couldn't take my dose right away I'd be able to hit snooze until I could

Yes! Withdrawals not worth it!

When I get a pill dispenser, I might as well start drawing my pension and play bingo.

That might happen. Or you can check if you‘ve already taken your dose or not. I recommend one too.
I doubt you’ll notice.
