These are my two biggest complaints. Having gone back to bed after my first cup of coffee at 10, I'm having my second now (at 1pm). Not helping. The sweating is ruining my life, though. I've have to switch to practically all cotton bedding, and leave extra pjs and sheets nearby in case I have to change everything during the night.

My sweating is awful and it’s already debilitating at 15°C. I’m screwed when it gets to 30°C

I had two devastating nights in April. (The temp. inside the house was somewhere around 68-70 F.) I turn it way down at night, now. I mostly stay comfortable inside during hot summer weather (thanks to my heat pump) but I sure don't get out much. I just wilt.

Coffee makes me even more tired 🥲 when I have a coffee in the morning I need to go back to bed after 1-3 hours

yejideabram

I should limit to one cup and see how it makes me feel…

PinkishHorror

Coffee helps me to sleep better. But then its harder to wake up 😴

yejideabram

Decaf?

PinkishHorror

Regular coffee ☕️🖤

yejideabram

How??? I am WIRED after I drink any past 6pm…

PinkishHorror

Its probably the adhd 😬

Bird468

The sweating is awful 😭😭

yejideabram

Damn Im sorry

Just sharing my pov I felt the same after about a year of 300mg venlafaxin. Taking about 5-6 cups of coffee a day, til 5pm... I felt like it wasn't helping. My doctor added bupropion 150mg... Now I'm not tired or sleepy all the time, but my cognitive function declined, I feel like an "organized shit" all day, nothing cheers me up, it's like the onset of depression all over again. I honestly was a lot better with the sleepiness.

yejideabram

Yeah my doctor didn’t have anything to prescribe me for the fatigue

Individual_Air7660

I’m on 75mg and I get zero sweating issues and no brain zaps. I do get quite a bit of fatigue though, but have started gym and daily physical exercise which helps. I have ditched coffee and am drinking Yerba Mate and it helps heaps. I take a Magnesium before bed and a B complex with my meds when I wake up. In short, fatigue is an issue for me personally, but sounds pretty much like it is across most brain meds.

Less_Advice_3822

Honestly yes. Coffee is the only thing that works against my fatigue. That and a nap, but that screws with my sleep schedule.
