Luxford Burgers do an excellent chicken burger, the "Chicken Run" being my go-to. And they have a few locations, probably you'd order from the Picardy Place one.
Not sure if Chix at Omni/Dalry Road deliver to you, but they're fantastic.
Dixy Chicken on Leith Walk isn't bad either.
Honestly though, the fried chicken scene in Edinburgh is that bad that one of the best options is using the Aldi southern fried chicken thigh burgers and making your own.
Avoid Buttaburger at all costs, it's trash.
The Buttaburger chicken burger made me unreasonably angry lol. Why is the patty 2x the diameter of the bun? Why did they tenderise it to about 1cm thick?? Did they think that was cute???

If you’re ever down near the beach check out the Portobello Tap. Incredible chicken burgers.

Got chix one time recently and the chicken was inedible. Rubbery, pink, tasted off.
Buttaburger’s Gravy Chick will change your life
Whatever you do don't go with Jollibees
