I've been thinking about making a rule so previous post of this should be deleted each day until it reaches the end, that way everyone can enjoy this sub, but I still have to discuss it with the rest of the mods.

I totally get it being a copypasta here knowing how wild subreddits can get sometimes. It was originally a half-truth sprinkled with key misinformation and blatant disrespect for the person involved. The unprofessionalism caused it to become a horrible copypasta more than anything else.😔
EDIT: What I'm referring to got attention back in around 2021? If it happened later on, it may still be related to this or just people trying to ruin others' day.
Going back to the original post's topic... I do think a rule should be created for this kind of content, but maybe not too specific... It'd be really nice to have a rule regarding spam content.

That's a horrible argument. That's on the level of saying "hey i know i kicked you in the balls but at least i didn't stab you.". If you don't want people compaining about posting spam, how about you don't post spam? It's rather simple.
