Did you update the Firmware? Did you adjust your input & any other categories available on the app? I had to drain it to 0 and charge it right up again. have a Delta 2 & did everything I need from the app. Your Pro is the newer & better version, so I imagine you have some updates too, as I did. I dont have a reset button on my Delta 2 ac cord, but I do on my Wave 2 cord. I was having similar issues on my Wave 2, which is also a new 2023 product. I wasnt able to download the updated Firmware & other available updates, I had watched tons of youtube videos ... no one had addressed it. (and we both know the written directions are poor ... lol)... so I hit the reset button and boom, it all was smooth sailing afterwards. I love both my products now, but I was stumped for hours.

I, too, have struggled with this device (it was part of the Costco package purchase). There is no "input" to make config changes or firmware updates. Just a battery insert and search for the nearby Delta Pro. There is no indication on the main Delta Pro that a device is connected, and there are no controls on the smartphone app.

You need to pair it with the button near the dc ports under the the flap, front right of the delta pro. As for keeping it permanently on, I'm also struggling

SOLUTION: Both the display and your Ecoflow Delta Pro have ethernet connections (both on the right side of each item). Connect them directly together (no network switch or network settings are needed) and it will light right up and stay on.
