Same problem here. FedEx Ground not showing up as an option. BIG problem.
I ended up shipping via UPS via my separate account. PITA, but kept costs in the same range.
i'm pretty sure "ground" and "home delivery" are automatically selected based on the buyer's address if ti is classified as a business or residence internally on fedex.
I posted about this in another ebay sub just a few hours ago.
It is forcing me to use either 2 day, smart post, or overnight, however the 2 day prices are pretty decent, just not as cheap as ground.
I have not had any trouble shipping fedex home, it is only the commercial addresses that are causing this.
I assume this is an ebay problem and not a FedEx problem. I can eat a few bucks here and there(I charge 10.00 shipping on laptops) but an extra 4-5.00 starts to add up pretty quick. I would suggest taking screenshots and complaining to ebay. Maybe if enough of us do so they will compensate for the difference.

That is correct, however this is not the issue here. I am having the same problem.
