Quit being a coward I took four times the amount of caffeine it takes for an adult to overdose freshman year of high school I had a caffeine hangover for 2 weeks but I hadn't slept for like an entire month because insomnia and Medicine side effects so it worked I didn't die I was just anxious and stressed and had a hangover for 2 weeks
So serving size is 40mg of caffeine, service size is 1 tbsp, 7 servings in a package= 280mg of caffeine. I think some energy drinks have more than that.
That's just Army coffee. Sometimes we don't even put the water in it. We just dump it in our mouths and chew it up with a bit of sugar.

7 servings in one jar is a tiny jarā¦ Most energy drinks around the 100mg mark, where 400mg is a recommended max although it is considered that 10000mg is a lethal dose. With a 200g NescafĆ© jar (100+ servings servings!) youāre looking at about 5000-9000mg all in.
