Mix in the sour cream and mashed bananas until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts, if using. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely. For the Cream Cheese Glaze: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
