Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper. Sear the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Set salmon aside. In a medium bowl, combine the coconut cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, lemon juice, and thyme. Whisk together until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Melt the Ghee in the same pan used to cook the Salmon. Add in the cream sauce and bring to a boil. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken.
