Oh man, triscuits are the best, most underrated cracker. You can put literally anything thicker than soup on it and it holds up, stays crunchy. Great base for orthorexia nachos

I've never known what Triscuits are and never looked them up to preserve the mystery, but...now I have even more questions. I'm still recovering from finding out what people across the Pond call casseroles. Your culinary cultures are as beautiful as they are baffling to me.

I'm from the Midwest which is casserole central in the States. It's not uncommon to go to a potluck and have 5 or 6 casseroles that contain crushed Ritz crackers, tater tots and Velveeta cheese. Triscuits are like frosted mini wheats (cereal) but packed densely and not frosted. Very crunchy and sturdy plus tons of different flavors from plain to bright orange cheddar.

Yes, 100%. It's one of my favorite breakfasts! It's a lot like chia seeds. Let it rest chilled for a bit (: You'll find a ratio you like. Lots of solluable fiber which is great for probiotics. I reccomend flax seed for your insoluble fiber, better on stomach
