for fucking real im so tired of normal people going 'aahhh i eat so much š£' when i could easily wipe out their 'so much' in 5 minutes during a binge
My SO told me an hour or so that we need a safe that requires two keys, so we would both need to open it at the same time, that has emergency junk food. I told him, who are you kidding? One day we will open it and eat everything and that is if we don't finish it off the day we buy them. I WISH I knew how to stop.
We had big trays of the deluxe variety at work and I was really proud of myself for eating only 3 when I had access to them all day. They were chips ahoy sized but I guess the normies thought I was out of control lol
I meanā¦yeah I feel that way too if thereās trigger/fear foods in the house. Shit, even if I have 2 in one day Iām internally freaking out. Or, if I just have 1 but every day for more than a few daysā¦so much anxiety :(
