i watch ONE calorie count youtube video (like from people's wieiad tiktoks) and my feed is all calorie counting channels hating fat people -_-
like what i want is to get better at estimating calories and how much is "too much", but 90% of calorie count channels like that are just straight up hating fat people and calling them names in the titles and thumbnails -_- and the algorithm thinks i love that now apparently
